Received today from reliable Mosul source, ISIS 2-page statement detailing a blood-curdling list of do’s and don’ts.
ISIS has issued a long, blood-curdling statement entitled "the City Document", providing a broad list of does and don’ts to the people of Mosul. It also hints at future clashes with their current Saddamist and Naqshebendi allies. It is quiet about its other de facto ally Barzani, president of the Kurdistan Regional Government and the most trusted ally of the United States in Iraq.
